Youth workers will participate at informal and non-formal activities (living library, public caffe, photo-voice) and will develop new skills in working with young people in order to stimulate the sense of tolerance regarding cultural diversity among them.
Project is a way that contributes to the knowledge of Erasmus + as a tool for promoting inclusion of people from disadvantaged backgrounds, particularly refugees newly arrived in response to critical events affecting European countries, in this period of time. The project also stimulates one of the principles of Erasmus +: equity and inclusion.
The need to implement this project starts from the lack of information on the current context in which the European community are, regarding the issue of refugees. In this project the following objectives:

- Prepare a guide with non-formal education methods that can be implemented by those involved in youth work.
In the dissemination stage, which will run from January to March 2017, promoters will organize workshops in the partner countries, whose target group will be young people from Europa, in order to stimulate the sense of tolerance regarding diversity culture among them. Also, the promoters will develop a guide with all these methods that can be used in work with young people, guide that can be used by all persons involved in youth work.
